IAAHPC
Mission:
"The IAAHPC promotes comfort care that addresses the physical, psychological, and social needs of animals with chronic and/or life-limiting diseases. We promote physical, emotional, and spiritual support for caregivers."

The International Association of Animal Hospice and Palliative Care (IAAHPC) is the leader in providing support, education and resources to the world veterinary community so they can go out and assist pets and caregivers as they journey through the most difficult days, aiming to improve and maintain their pet's quality of life.

By requesting the help of a veterinarian who is certified in animal hospice and palliative care, like Dr. Karin Christopher, you can be assured that you are receiving the best care possible for the end-of-life journey of your pet. In addition to the 100+ hours of additional training for certification, Dr. Karin has also completed a euthanasia laboratory through the Companion Animal Euthanasia Training Academy (CAETA) in order to provide superior care and options to you and your pet when saying goodbye.
