Home Visit and Euthanasia
 

Euthanize a pet in the comfort of your home.

 

The decision to euthanize a pet is not one to be taken lightly.  It is a unique and compassionate final act of love that we can give to a pet who is suffering, or who has a limited quality-of-life.

What our service includes:

• Our veterinarian will spend up to an hour in your home to give you time to say good-bye

• Sedatives and anesthetics are always used to relieve any pain or anxiety your pet may feel.

• A medication will be given to help your pet pass peacefully. 

• A memorial keepsake is provided at no additional fee 

• Grief materials and a memorialization care package will be left for you

• All private cremations through Pet Quietus include a clay paw print keepsake that is provided at time of ashes pick-up or delivery

If you have a pet that has fear, anxiety or aggression that you think may triggered by the presence of one of our doctors, please let us know ahead of time so we can institute a plan to make the experience as calm and stress-free as possible. If additional drugs and/or time are required, a $50 will be assessed at the time of the booking and can be refunded at the discretion of the veterinarian at the time of the appointment.
